Carlsson front spolier lip arrived

2005 C55
Carlsson front spolier lip arrived
Just got my Carlsson front lip today. It is designed for W209 AMG front bumper (which is exactly the same part except for the foglights) and it is called Front spolier lip RS. Too bad it is made of Fibreglass though. I tried to line up with my bumper and it fitted perfectly. It looks better in person and more aggressive than looking at the CLK picture at the Carlsson website. Painted and installed picture will be posted later this week as I am bring my car to the body shop later. This might be a front lip solution some C55 owners looking for

Does that also mean that it will fit on a C32's front bumper?

I think the C32 has a different front end than the C55 which is why he got the W209 version.
I can get Carlsson parts, just shoot me a PM. There is a Carlsson front spoiler lip for the C32 avaliable.

You're all right.
There are three offerings from Carlsson right now.
Carlsson RS Front Spoiler
That is the most expensive, because you also have to buy fog lamps with the spoiler.
Carlsson Front Lip for Avantgarde
Carlsson Front Lip for Class / Elegence

That is very nice! I got one in a held it up to my C55 and loved it! Infact i love it so much, i may scrap the original design that were we gonna do for a carbon fiber lip for the C55 and make a replica carlsson piece only in carbon fiber.

Oh man.. I should have wait for your verson of Carlsson carbon fiber front spoiler. Now I am too late.... (it's already in the shop)
Can't wait to see the carbon fiber verson though. It would be nice to see it in silver carbon fiber too

Carlsson front lip painted and installed. Side marker painted, and rear lights partially tinted lightly. Here are some quick and dirty car pictures.

You should visit their shop in Germany if you have the possibility, its awsome.
But I agree it is strange they still use fiberglass, and not the PUR-RIM material most other high end supplier use.
