Currently it has a black Quadroportte that I just noticed yesterday (would love to test-drive it! dont think they'd take me seriously though). It's also where I saw that DeLorean. They tend to have some pretty neat stuff there. Ohoh and right up the road that cuts between the dodge dealership and the little high-end place is an old-looking shop with a bunch of old Benz's in it. An older guy with a heaaavy german accent runs it. He has a little green Lotus Elan! He also seems to know his **** when it comes to the mechanics on these cars.

And maybe you should come over, I will have to show YOU a rare Benz- a PURPLE one! I believe it is the only one in Dallas
I usually don't get to that area too much. I was at Park Place for Service A last year and saw a guy picking up his new E55. I almost asked if he wanted to trade!!!

Thank you Mick, that clarifies a few things
But as they say, they might be making more of specific models in case of "high demand". Cars that fits in that category is probably C32 and E55, they seem, to me at least, to be the most common amg's, followed by SL55 and ML55.
Maybe the american market is different? Enlighten me!

05 c55
I finally saw another c55. I came home from school at like 9:15 last night and I saw a c55, brilliant Silver, just like mine, parked by the liquor store right next to my house. I stopped at the stop sign, rolled my window down, and just looked at it, kind of disappointed that I wasn't the only one with a c55, but anxious to see who the owner is. It turns out to be a guy that I see at the bar all the time. I've known him for awhile but we never talked about what kind of car we drive.

I've seen 2-3 C55's in Manhattan and the same for C32's. I've seen more E55's and ML55's here than any other AMG models in the city.

Another Dallas-area AMG here. I'm north in Frisco.

When I bought my C55 Ewing had 3 to choose from. I have since seen ONE other C55. There is a black C32 that works in the same building as I do. I have yet to see it moving but I see it in the garage all the time.

I had an '01 CLK55 and in the ~3 years I drove it I saw one other one.

I've driven around the whole Bay Area and I havent seen a single C55. There was a C32 I saw near the Metreon in SanFran but other than that- nothing.

I see other AMGs all the time however (SL, S, ML, etc)

2005 C55
I've seen a few C32's and C55's around Dallas (other than those sitting on the dealership lots). Most recently this morning a Charcoal Grey C55 with temporary plates on Pearl St. at Central Expressway.

I'm in Sacto and haven't seen any C55's or C32's. I've seen 2 S55's and 1 E55, but I've yet to see a C32 brother!

Well if you've seen a black one, it may be mine... I live in Torrance and have a friend in PV so I can be spotted flying up PV drive and around that area. As for spotting other C55's, I've only seen 2 on the road. The dealer said MB was only bringing in around 1500 or so to the US in 2005. That's pretty low Qty if anywhere close to right. M3's have ranged from 10-20x that.
