Just a little frustration I wanted to get off my chest...

While I do not condone racing on the street, it still fun to play w/ the other cars on the road from time to time. Whether it's a simple 40 to 70 run or a rolling stop light run to 50 or 60... whatever.

My problem is, I live in Chicago with fast cars being EVERYWHERE and nobody ever wants to "play" with me on the roadways. When I purchased the C55, I was under the impression it was a sleeper and everyone would just think it's another slow C-Class. I can't even get an M3 driver to go... I thought these drivers would always bite at the chance.

I don't feel any better now, but just wanted to waste the server disk space and internet bandwidth while I sit here board as hell at work.

Thanks for listening...

Use to make a lot of road trips to chi town back when I was big into the underground scene years ago before we started running pro. I agree a lot of fast cars in that area all the cars I know are most likely in the low 9s on the street or better, Wow that brings back some memories.

I usually have to engage another car in order to get their attention. For the most part I am left alone even with some sporty lookin 19"s.

Man I'm in the same boat. When the opportunity presents itself the person next to me has no interest doesn't even matter what they have a lamborghini murcielago to a G35 they all are wussies. And when I find someone that does want to give it a go there is just too much god damn traffic on the road to have any fun.

Well, you guys should come to NJ. Whole different story here. Maybe it has to do with the nasty arrogant drivers here.

I definitely do not condone street racing either. I just have a bad habit of liking to floor it to see if my car will beat the guy next to me (who is also flooring it)

The first step is to admit that you are a raceaholic.
Then, you need to accept Mischief into your life.
Then, you need to take life one race at a time.

You know what I am finding, I don't like anyone passing me on the highway! My arrogance. Never had it before my C55.

Just this past Friday a stupid Acura RL is trying to pass me on the right and cut in front of me. BTW passing on the right...that's illegal here...... I'm casually doing 80 in the speed lane. I saw him coming up fast in the rear view....It pissed me off. Well he got next to me, never got in front of me.

He didn't like that I wouldn't let him pass and was honking his horn at me. Welcome to NJ Road Rage!!!!!!!

Here's the cure.... I punched it to 130 and left him in the dust.......

Dragon AMG, don't drive east!!!!!
