new member says hi there

Hi

I`m a new member from the UK (london)

I bought an 02 C32 in Tansanite Blue with just about all the options about 3 months ago.
I am very interested in what your opinions are about the car, I have owned 2 Nissan Skyline GTR`s (the 33 and 34 models) and most recently a 350z.
In my job I have close contact with AMG and wanted to own a supercharged car (after a obsession with turbo cars).

I`m hooked on the instant torque available and the outright performance. The whole package is superb but my only gripe is the high speed damping on `backroads` of which we have a lot in the uk.

Anyway looking to make some friends in this forum

Ash

Thanks for the welcome

I`m really enjoying the car, the bottom end torque is fantastic. I drove the new M5 yesterday and found it slow up to 5000rpm after which it took off..
the steering feel was also better in the C32 along with gearbox.

I love the discreet and classy looks - something the gtr`s didnt have.

2004 C32 AMG
Welcome!! No doubt, the torque is great, especially at the lower rpms. That is the most impressive quality of the car IMO
