aus hochwertigem Aluminium (DIN-Netze), sorgt für kühlere Luftzufuhr, höheren Sauerstoffgehalt der Ansaugluft und somit für wesentlich bessere Verbrennung.

Für wassergekühlte Ladeluftkühlungssysteme

Nebeneffekt: Leistungszuwachs um ca. 5-8 %

By that they are referring to a connenction pipe to the intercooler, not an entirely new intercooler.

Allegedly it enables the engine to receive colder air and consequently denser oxygen content => more power.

i think anything that helps with cooling and prevents heatsoak is a worthwhile mod for people who live in a warmer/tropical climate!!!

The Cooling kit is a part of kit C 32 AMG V6 compressor - V32k
and can be bought separatelily

From apperance of lines and intercooler sizes, it appears that they are trying to improve engine oil and transmission cooling. Not intercooling.
