Rear axle is sticking out more to the driver's side than passenger's side on my C32

Hello, I have a 03 C32 and I have recently put on the Brabus Monoblock VI 18x8.5 front with 225/40/ZR18 and 18x9.5 rear with 255/35/ZR18 with 5mm spacers all around and H&R sport springs. But it seems like the rear driver's side wheel is sticking out more than the passenger's side wheel(The rear passenger's side wheel seems to be pushed in more than the rear driver's side wheel), and it result in rubbing only at the rear driver's side but not the rear passenger's side ! This had happened even before I lowered my car with my 18" Brabus wheels on it ! Can anyone tell me is this normal ? Is there a problem on my rear axle( The front seems OK ) ? What can I do ? Thanks !

what is the offset of your wheels without the added spacers?

Panel fitment tolerances are never perfect or close to it with the C Class. My front fenders were off by 4mm. Not unusual for the rear, especially if perfect offsets are not used. Roll the fenders and/or trim the flange.

Either remove the spacers or use a 3mm in place of the 5mm on the side that is rubbing.

Is it the rear axle causing the problem ? Can the dealer fix the problem if that is the case ?

mine also rubs on the left side with my HREs. Only does it with another person in the car going over large bumps or right turns.

I noticed the left side isnt as cambered as the right, so maybe this is why.

Wouldn't that throw off the balance of the car ( un-even track width), kinda like having different width tire.

Correct me if I am wrong.

What is the right size ? 3mm instead of 5mm ? I was trying to remove the rear spacers but the tire shop said it would rub inside !
