If you are talking about the ticking sound from the injectors then yes it is normal, I am unable to open that file for some reason, do you mind uploading to youtube and then linking it here?

They are either incorrectly wired or disabled in the car coding. Should automatically turn on when going below a certain speed and show the bars light up as you approach an obstacle.
You might also be missing the module entirely if the bumper was replaced.

As for the parking sensor situation, you will need to connect a scanner and look for codes. If like the other forum member mentioned, the bumper was replaced, they might had indeed replaced it with one that has sensors but the car didn't originally came with sensors, you have rear sensors by chance? At least if you do have rear sensors, it might be real sensors in the front but still has a possibility of both front and rear bumpers replaced.

i took it to a shop. apparently those sensor holes are closed and do not have any sensors connected to it. the car came originally with sensors as i believe but doesnt have that now sadly. and no i do not have any back sensors.

Sorry to hear that, I guess the sad news is the front bumper was indeed replaced. I wonder why the front bumper was replaced : ( other than if it was an accident.
