C32 vs 545i vs 745i
Does anyone know how a stock C32 would do against a BMW 545i or 745i in a straightaway, 0-60?
I have 2 neighbors who drive these cars and swear they are faster than my C32, although I'm not sure they know what an AMG is, they just think I have a C-class.
They are both BMW fanatics, but won't "race" me. I'm pretty sure I could take both of them, even though I am an inexperienced "racer" and have not perfected my launch. I just believe my car is the better vehicle and all I would have to do is mash the accelerator to waste these guys. Any thoughts?

the 545i would actually be a close race with the C32. the 745i would not even be close....at all....
but in the end, neither of those cars are going to beat you. even if he had an E46 M3 he still more than likely would not beat you

ive seen c32 # between 10.8 - 11.8
no matter how u look at it u'll smoke em
put money down and keep bugiin them, maybe theyll give in and ull make some$

when my C32 lease was up, I bought a 545i..... no comparison... the c32 is much quicker.......... I didn't like the 545i at all, so I sold it and picked up an M45 until the C63 comes out..... 
the 550i will be quick, probably mid 13's at 104.... so that might be a closer race with the C32/C55.... but the C will still win....

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I thought my car was quicker, but these boneheads were so sure of themselves (and their BMWs) that they had me a little worried. I'll be sure to post any results if I can get them out on the freeway this weekend.

I want to race them, but neither is willing. But they both like to mouth off that their cars are faster. Thats the frustrating part!

Your neighbour are worrying their own skills more than their cars
Why not you try this with a friend of yours; ask him to bring a stop watch, pump the C32 with right cold tire pressure, warm the tires up , eat a nice light breakfast, make sure the trunk is empty. Now, find the right road and practise a bit to launch the C32 !
The official 0-100 time for 545i should be 5.8s and assume that's the best timing for a 545i with a good driver; and if you can do close to that while you have two persons on the car, your launch is Alright.
About the other guy has the 745i, that's a laugh , the 745i weighted 2 tons and uses the same engine as the 545i.

545i runs really really close to a stock C32..... and since you are not experienced, just be careful then you won't lose but not a guaranteed win.... I have a friend has C32 also not quite experienced often runs mid-high 13s on 1/4mile track..... the 545i I used to have runs about the same..... 745i is way slower.. don't worry about that....

did you run your 545i at the track and get those numbers as well? I ran my C32 vs my 545i.... both stock, it's NOT close.... the 550i might be close...
