yes a pulleys/ecu combo will put you into the 12's, with just a little practice in driving. members have run mid-high 12's, street tires, pulleys/ecu/air filters combo. i believe one member ran a 12.5 with just exhaust (eisenmann race) and renntech pulleys/ecu combo. just pulleys/ecu/air filters should put you around 330-350rwhp and comparable torque. headers and some ignition mods like plugs and coils will yield 360-380rwhp. this is a big gain, because stock you should see around 280-305rwhp. popular pulley/ecu upgrades are:
kleemann
evosport
renntech
these will run you around 3500-4000 installed, give or take a few hundred. you can do a search for these, and you will learn the advantages of each.
as far as exhausts, not many have changed out their exhaust system (besides headers), since the amg one is pretty good already. most members who do mod take out the resonator, to free up some sound, but power and emissions really aren't affected. for c32 specific exhausts, i would look into supersprint or eisenmann. i have the eisenmann race exhaust installed on my car. in the following link, you can hear a short clip of my car with eisenmann exhaust.

hope this helps. c32's can be had for pretty cheap these days. they are comfortable, safe, and can be very quick with just a few modifications.
