Your worst nightmare...
C32 Upgrades

Ok Guys, my suspension sucks!!!, I just got my behind handed to me by my friends M3 competiton Package, around the twisties. I was ahead of him by at least one car lane but when we came around the turns, my car could not grip at all. I understand i have stock suspension, that is why I am looking to upgrade my wheels and suspension for better ones. I e-mailed Harris at Motorwerks and questioned him about the Bilstein PSS-9, he said that they are a bit rough but otherwise good, and he would recommend the Carlson RS Sport suspension. I am also planning on upgrading my heavy chrome rims to HRE 441R. Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

is this the same harris that ripped off a bunch of people on this forum? if so, you probably don't want to be doing any business with him.

you can spend a ton of money on wheels and suspension and he will still take you in the corners. At least thats my opinion from doing some research.

I agree that the C32 will never keep up with your friends M3 in the twisties. If you want to make it closer you don't need to spend money on expensive wheels and coilovers. Just run good performance tires(R-compound ), swaybars, and if you want the car lower go with aftermaket springs from Renntech or H&R.

Try Dunlop Super Race. They are very inexpensive - $110-$130 depending on the size and last 20-25K on the street.
