congrats and welcome aboard!!! i too live in chicagoland area.
ur right in that u will need winter tires if ur driving her in the winter here in chicago.
i actually like ur C55 in bright red.
i too had a bright red 4 door sedan, an Audi A6 2.7T and i loved the way it looked after a nice wash.
we, mbworld members, have to definately have a meet in spring/early summer '06 for chicagoland members.
take care and maybe i'll see u around.

visit your local dealer and pick up the v8 emblem and place on your fenders, it needs it.
Ebay should have the as well.
