Springs Upgrades...

Hey guys, i'm in the market for getting lowering springs for my car...my question is shouldi dish out the extra $500 for renntech springs compared to the H&R ones? i was thinkin, how is the quality for the H&R springs? if i should upgrade springs, mind aswell keep the suspensions under one name, as in springs and sways both from H&R...Renntech doesn't make sways do they!? anyways please give me your input and advise me where to get my springs upgrade, i need a good deal!!!!

I have a set of brand new Renntech springs for the C32 AMG application. I bought these for my cousin's bday, but he wanted coilovers instead so we ended up not using them. You know what the cost brand new, make me an offer if you're interested.

dont know about mercedes H&R applications but i was very happy w/ their e36 m3 race springs.

i would stick w/ h&r b/c they specialize in suspension, reentech sucks in my opinion..... bennyz was complaining about his s/c system (check his post) and i heard of brake failure on a reentech car at 200mph killing the driver, Don Schroeder (i think) of car and driver

I think the report was that the whole motor blew up. Maybe that would also cause the brake to fail, but I don't know if you could say it was a 'brake failure'

I can't see the importance of having springs and sways under one brand. I haven't had any problems with my Kleemann springs.
