he said yes it does, all other mercedes bi-xenon lights have projector lights with a clear housing, so its safe to say the C32 will too.

I'm not understanding your question in regards to 'new glass'? Is the lense assembly with Bi-Xenon's clear? Yes, it is. ...RAB

Was your C32 originally on order as a 2002 and it was carried over to a 2003 by your dealer, or did you just flat out order a 2003 a few months ago?

Thanks Robert ...RAB I got it!,

Accord,
I ordered for 3.5 weeks ago, and the dealer checked with 2003 C32 where coming in the second delivery for the 2003.
(Those cars are actually on the ship arriving at the the US in one week because in the first delivery the 2003 car is already here, for example Robert ...RAB's car.)
The dealer found a car with such as my order and checked if it was as a first priority. The car was free at this time with just one variation of my original order, the Ski Sack. Thus, I agreed to this fact and the dealer recerved the car for me, this is in short the story.

bye

So does anyone know yet if the new bi-xenon/projector assembly will drop into the 2002 C32s (with xenon)?

i'm sure it'll fit. i really don't see why it wouldn't. the only problem is that this headlight housing is probably gonna cost $$$$.

Most new models are coming with projector beam low beams and usually the bi-xenon option also has projector beam instead of reflector style headlamps. So the 2003 C32 headlight assembly with and without bi-xenon will probably look different than the 2002 C32.

That sounds like a good idea. When I first saw the new pics I LOVED the new headlights. Now I'm a bit torn. Up close they are just too much...doesn't really match the car. That is most likely just because I'm not used to them yet.

I'm not sure I like the look of the clear lenses, I think it makes the headlight appear to "busy". Although I do like the concept of the bi-xenons. You can never have too much light on a dark night.

yeah, MB are going with the clear-lens design with almost their every model now. i don't mind the new design, but couldn't they make it silver instead of crome inside.

Light doesn't reflect to well off silver (or any other color) except the reflective "chrome".

for the high beam is understandable, but for the projection low beam and the signal i don't think you will need crome to reflecting the light.
