Remus exhaust

Ok, so I know they make remus exhaust for the 320, but will that same exhaust work on the C32. My friend has remus on her car and it sounds nice and deep, but I am not sure about for the C. I still dont have the C32, but I know that when I do I want to be prepaired with the knowledge. If anyone has heard this, let me know. Thanks,
-Mike

It'll work. Exhaust doesn't really do anything to the C32 in turns of performance. At most it's -3 to +3 hp.

hi frank...since we r talking abt exhaust here...i got a few questions too~

comparing the quad exhuasts made by supersprint n eisenmann , do u kno which one provides a better sound on C32 with only the green filters. i hav my resonator taken out...but i dun think it matters right? if i decide to change the current OEM exhuast i'll hav to replace the pipes after the headers, m i correct??

i have eisenmann race on c32, can be very loud. without resonator you are looking at a very agressive sound i believe supersprint is quieter

The Eisenmann would have more of a deeper growl. Supersprint will be quieter and tend to be higher pitch.

Supersprint and Eisenmann Race would probably give you some performance gain the best.

For C32 taking out the resonator will free up some HP and changing the exhaust really doesn't do much other than giving you a different tune.

mine is not quad, only 2 x 83mm round tips. install was pretty straightforward, the tips frame perfectly with stock amg rear. it took maybe an hour and a half to install (cause the piping was slightly bent when i picked it up), but was easy according to exhaust shop. you do have to cut and weld though, it is not a straight bolt-on. just go to a reputable muffler shop, so your tips will show right.

to be quad tipped, you have two options: you can run 1 muffler (on left side), and use a connecting pipe to the other side and weld to tips onto it. you can have a custom connecting pipe fabricated and integrated somehow to your exhaust piping and routed around the factory spare tire well to exit on the other side. or instead, you can run another muffler but you have to get the c55 spare tire well in order to fit it. on the c32, the spare tire well takes up too much room on the right side so you can't run another muffler, but instead can just fit a pipe with tips connected to its ends. i love the quad look, but on the amg rear apron, i didn't want to show the assymetrical look of one muffler but 4 tips. hope this makes sense

Supersprint and Eisemann does not make quad exhausts. Well Eisenmann you can custom order one, but not supersprint.

For ready to go quad exhaust setup for the W203 there are few choices. Sebring, Weltmeister, and Carlsson.

Can you slap on a few links for the quad exhaust. I love the c55 rear because of that.
Anyone know how much it would cost just to get the rear of a c55 (just the bumper) so that it will look symmetrical.

searching for Sebring as we speak, but perhaps that the guy that had the Sebring quad was custom as well.
