OK, so someone had fun in a body shop
Me thinks this poster is just screwing with people, naively thinking his car is so hot that people will believe it's a new M3. It is interesting to see body parts from several different cars meshed together, but I wouldn't say it's something to be proud of. The icing on the ghetto cake is the exhaust tips.

That thing looks like brick.. It looks like an old 90's M3.. someone has way too much time on their hands.. If it's a real car someone seems to have wasted $$ on that..

Lets break this down..
Looks like they started out with an E30 3-Series.
Then an E46 3-Series sedan hood, headlights, kidney grille, and side-markers were grafed on to the front end. I think the fenders are original and bodywork was done to make everything fit. It also seems the hood was shaped a little to give it a more of a "eyelid" look to where the headlights meet the hood.
An E46 M3 front bumper was used with an aftermarket lip.
E60 5-Series tail lights were used. I THINK the trunklid and bumper were also used but only after severe modification.
All I can say is..
