Finally Got A C32
MY INITIAL THOUGHTS ARE ITS A HELL OF A LOOKER WAS A LITTLE DISSAPPOINTED WHEN I FLOORED IT. BUT THEN AGAIN HAD THE AC ON. I CAME FROM A NEW IS350 AND TECH WISE THE C32 DOESN'T TOUCH IT. BUT PERFORMANCE WISE IT SEEMS FASTER.........NOT POSITIVE. I DEFINITELY LIKE THE STYLING CUES. I LOVE THE FACTORY RIM OFFSET FROM REAR RIMS. I AM PLEASED WITH THE AMG TOUCHES. I AM A MERCEDES MAN NOW SO GONNA REPRESENT THE C32 TO THE FULLLEST. IT DID COME WITH 3 YEAR MERCEDES EXT/WARRANTY OUT THE DOOR WAS LIKE 33215.03 THE CAR HAS 44300K MILES. THE SUSPENSION STILL FEELS TIGHT AND I CAN TO AN EXTENT GET THE NEW CAR SMELL. INCASE ANYONE ASK I SOLD THE IS350 CAUSE I GOT A STROKE BACK IN DEC 05 IF NOT WOULD STILL OWN IT TODAY.
BTW, which MB dealership did u get her from?
However...there was a used C55 in the Chicago Area with 19000 miles that was going for 39K. No extended warranty but it still had factory. This is of course according to Autotrader.

i didnt feel a huge differerence in power between the C32 and the IS350. But I did say not like I tried. Dude I just got the car saturday and really not tried much I had the IS350 for 4 months and really got to feel the car. This is my first impression pretty sure the car will feel better to me in no time. Let me assess it better. Now yeah there is a huge difference between the is300 and is350 but i am not comparing those two.
BTW, which MB dealership did u get her from?no plans to mod yet but after reading the forum topics interested in pulley upgrade for sure.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
BTW, which MB dealership did u get her from?i got this deal at mercedes of westmont. very good people i own a c230 04 and i got that at motorwerks hoffman estates good people too.
I would also swap out the replica AMG pedals and get the factory aluminum sport pedals from a newer sport model. They are like 60-70 bucks from the dealer.
I would also put some sport springs on to lower the car a bit..
FYI, if you think the power is lacking I would do some research on the ECU reset and see if that helps..
Your C32 should be faster than the IS350 unless something is wrong with your car..

btw, do the ECU reset on your car. It'll clear up the drive pattern of the previous owner.

I DIDNT TAKE IT IN A WRONG WAY..............I JUST GOT THE CAR AND NO MATTER WHAT I WILL HAVE THIS CAR FOR A LONG TIME. I FELT THAT WAY ALSO WAS PLANNING TO GET ANOTHER NEW ONE BUT DONT THINK ITS WORTH 40K PLUS EITHER AND DID RESEARCH ON THIS CAR AND I FELT IT WILL DO THE JOB FOR LESS USED.

2. press down on the gas pedal for 5 sec
3. turn the key to off position (do no pull out the key) and release the gas pedal
4. wait for couple mins before restarting the car.
