Will the new CLK63 front bumper fit a C55?
My question is basically that and if it does fit can any sponsor on this forum get it or might be interested in setting up a group buy for the bumper?

as long as there's a VIN # of the CLK63, I can find out if they will sell the front bumper plus fogs. However some parts MBusa do only sell to owners only for AMG stuff.
they should fit, but things you would probably need would be new bumper cover, fogs, headlight washer cover, and a different bumper support (if it's different)

Do you know if VIN# make's a difference if you need a bumper with the headlight washer openings and covers? This is something I'd really like to do. There is a body shop (Beverly Coachcraft) near me that only works on Mercedes and I've considered calling them to see if they could get the parts and do the conversion, but I'm thinking they might tell me no because those aren't the parts for my car and it could create liability issues or they won't know what parts to order because its too new and they don't have the part numbers yet.
