With all the money spent, time lost, and disappointment gained, you should just forget about your S/C project, sell your car (which is an awesome car), and buy a used E55/CLS55. With pulley and ECU, they have crazy amounts of torque and you'll have no problems.
But I can sort of understand you, its your car and you like to keep it unique. So good luck and keep us updated.
