Hi again,
I have good news for the C32 AMG owners, as I said b4 I was waiting for the MKB kit to fitted on my car, last week MB dealer called my to come and take my car, they fixed the kit (still under warranty).
this is the result
0 – 100 the best time b4 the kit was 5.1s and now 4.9 – 5.0s
The top speed 300 Km/h
I tried with modified Toyota Supra (A/T) single turbo 1.2 bar, Now he is thinking to sell his car and get new C32
When I reach 295 Km/h the distance between me and him not less than 20m (He was trying to read the plate number of my car. hehehe), he shocked and he thought i used the Blue bottle on my car

We're waiting volunteer here to install the MKB kits.
Are you installed the 426 hp version ?
Do MKB expand the redline when you're approach 295 km/h ?
You're the man !
Following is my concern about the MKB kits
Temp, what's the average before & after MKB mods
The boost is as higher as 1.3+ bar
Assume lack of gas feeding(helpful to hp) but result-in
overheat and reliability.

Hi again,
The car is running cool, no heat notes, and you should know the Temperature here in United Arab Emirates is over 44° C.
I’m using Pro Tech to figure the acceleration and the ¼ mile, so soon I’ll post the result, just give me time.
I’ll take a picture for the engine and I’ll post it also
Thanx to all, and thanx for MKB
Shine, yes i install
the car is still covered by MB delaer because they are the sole agents for MKB Kit.
When I picked my car from them I saw SL55 with MKB kit also; they are trying the car here in my country to see the reliability of the car after the kit

That sounds great! What other mods do you have on your C32 other than the MKB kit? And how much did the kit and install cost you??
Thanks!

I don't add any thing, only MKB kit, as i know the stock boost is around 1.9 bar, the kit pulley well make it 2.1, i didn't check it yet.
I bought the kit from Germany for about 9000 Euro and MB dealer charge me Dhs 5000 and it’s around 1350 US dollar.
I’m searching for a modified Intercooler. And maybe I will change the Diff. for my car to get better acceleration, and the good things that if you want to change the diff. in you car, MKB well reprogram the ECU and that’s will help to keep the top speed for your car.

I can’t understand why they can’t install the kit.
MB dealer engineering can fix the parts because it’s like the stock.

Why you guys don't buy the kit from Germany, it will be cheaper than you buy it from a Distributor.
My brother was studying in the United State and when he went to OberaKlass to buy E55 kit they ask for 13000 US Dollar, and I bought it from Germany for around DM 12500.
See the difference in the price.
That happened in 1999

Any one can give me an advice about the Lighten Flywheel, can I add it for my C32?
As I know it will give the car better acceleration.

I highly recommend you using the lighten wheels such as BBS rims. I'd test-driven my friend's C320+Kleenmann with 19" BBS rims, the acceleration did prove some and U can feel the car gets lighter obviously.
I'm also considering changing my rims to lighten BBS ones and adding a MKB kit to my C32. Do U have any advice for the MKB kit? BTW, have U ever raced with a 996 turbo after U've installed it?
Thanks for sharing us the MKB experince.

Manual cars have flywheels. Automatic cars have flexplates.
Flywheel has two functions. One is to provide engagement for the starter, the other one is to soften clutch engagement by storing rotational enertia of the engine. A common trick on manual cars is to lower flywheel weight, thus increasing engine response in lower gears.
Flexplate also has two functions. First one is the same as flywheel, provide engagement for the starter and second one is to proviced attachement for torque converter (TC). Generally, most flexplate are already pretty light and there is very small gain from making them lighter. The TC on the other hand can be made lighter and can be made looser, i.e. higher stall speed.
Going through some factory manual I recall reading that AMG already uses lighter TC and tunes it specifically to the engine's TQ and HP characterictics.
