Stock C32 'clunk' when I back out each morning.
It's not a huge *CLUNK* it's just a little 'clunk' and I think its' coming from the front-drivers side.
Anything I can look for that's obvious?
Thanks for any guidance!

It's after I put the car in reverse and release the brake and start backing out - and it will happen sometimes immediately, and sometimes after I'm backed down the driveway 20 feet, and sometimes after I start going forward - it usually happens first thing in the morning and rarely the rest of the day, until the next morning - I like your sticking caliper idea since I just put new brakes and rotors on, and it sounds easy/cheap to fix How can I test this, what would be the fix?

Any number of things could make a caliper "stick". (Damaged seals, surface rust, scored piston walls, etc)
If everything is stock then I would try some cheap fixes first...Disassemble & clean both sides of the rotor with 200 grit sandpaper to remove any and all traces of oils. Wash the rotors and pads with LOTS of soap and water to remove all residue.
After everything is dry, use a high-quality copper-based brake grease on all the moving non-friction parts. Make sure the reassembly is done exactly per the shop manual.
The problem could be coming from the rear of the car... did you adjust the parking brake? Verify functionality of the PB mechanism.
If the parts you used are not 100% stock then I would consider fitment and materials issues. It is possible that your new pads/rotors are not an exact replacement for your stock parts. Different metals in the pads & rotors cool/heat/oxidize at different rates. This could be as simple as your pads are rusting to the rotor at night or that your pads are not bedded yet and are still in the break-in period.
As a last resort make sure to check all your suspension components for looseness, leaking, and wear.

Yeah my C32 makes the clunk noise when i put it in R from P, but usually only when i'm parked on a slight incline. But when i'm parked on flat ground and pop it in R from P, no clunk.

Changed my pads also and after that I get the same thing going from rev to drive. I used the tire rack ackobona pads but my rotors are shot and need to replace those also. I will take mine back apart to see what I find, may need to crack the bleed screw a little to let out some old fluid.
