Plastic door handles - so annoying!!
Is it just me or is anyone else annoyed by the plastic interior door handles on their C32? I mean on the whole the interior is good - yes there is other plastic areas but its passable, but the interior door handles just look so out of place - cheap looking, badly molded at the joins - they look so cheap! Why did MB do this - why not cover them in the black leather like my CLK or at least give a go at texturing them to look better rather than cheap ALBA style plastic.
Just wanted to know if anyone agree's with me out there?

door handles are the same in both cars. material wise and how it's painted to have a soft touch feel. He's not talking about the door lock handle which is the same anywayz.
any painted soft handle will peel eventually.

The C32 took a fair bit of stick for its lack of fit and finish compared to the M3 when it was released. Some were even sold with misaligned exhuasts. Good call on the plastic covering the seat belt- it's about as nasty as it gets. The 32 is a great car though and I quite like the big speedo that it shares with my G.
