Loss of power and problems in 5th gear
Guys,
My C32 has been a real star - thats until now - it seems to have lost that amazing pull when you acelerate hard and when its about to go into 5th gear it hangs - doesnt go into the gear so you get to like 100mph and it cant go any faster. I can turn off and wait a mniute or two and then it may be ok for a whiel then have the same prob.
Has anyone had this with their C32? I have MB warrenty so im not too worried as far as getting it fixed although I have to wait till after im back from hols which is like 3 weeks away as the dealerhsip cant get me in before I go - also I find that things like this perplex my local dealership - they spend ages trying to work out what it is and replace all sorts of parts to fix it
- they did that with my CLK240! Anyway - if anyone has had this it would be great to hear from you with ideas\advice.

Actualy it seems like the problem I had around 100MPH from dead stop my car would kick and fall back I took it in twice for the same problem and first time they changed a valve didnt fix anything week later I took it in they changed the tranny ECU I think it works not sure.

Problem was getting worse today as it would shut down power so soon now - took to MB this afternoon and as said above theyve concluded its the InterCooler pump. Will be getting done under MB warrenty OR charged to the dealership as they should have picked up on it when they put it through the workshop! Im taking it back in tommorow for them to replace the IC. Hope
