There are several of us

I'm the only C32 in all of the track events I've been to though. Fairly rare car compared to what normally shows up at the track.

Similar story, stock suspension setup, just compressed under braking or cornering. Hawaiin shirt as usual

Not too awful different than when my C55 has been to the track. Usually the only Merc out there. These pics were from Thunderhill a while back. Note the difference in gap from the side of the car that's inside vs outside of the corner. Suspension is stock at this point, but I added some washers for 0.5 more neg camber after this. Actually managed to put a little air beneath the front left tire in the esses.

C32 AMG
And an appropriate number "55"!

At Audi Club events, I'm usually joined by a gentleman with an older 190 16V that's been set up as a pure track car; and at the last two events, I ran with (and passed!) a big SLK 65 driven by an older woman (hubby has a Lotus Elise).

Gotta face facts. The vast majority of Benz owners are not racy types!

This is a REAL picture from an MBCA gathering.

just checked the schedule for summit point and not pleased. only 2 runs of 20mins instead of the usual 3 runs. that sucks.

i'm not sure i will particpate, that's not enough track time for the effort and money.

GMC - Miata - Trek - P-Car
Fifth Ring -

Upgraded to a de-staggered setup. Looks and feels sharp, IMHO.
Thanks for the tip.
