If I was on the hunt for every last possible incremental gain, I'd have someone go after any non-smooth or irregular internal surface before installing these. However, I wouldn't want to compromise the very well done ceramic coating - and gains would likely be minimal versus cost in time and $$.
I agree... They look good

You're welcome. Once they are done, I'll officially be full Stage II but with stock ECU. I think this will be a good opportunity to see exactly what ECU flash offers over stock with all other Stage II on the car. I plan to do one dyno before, send the AFR map & ECU to Kleemann for a custom flash, then re-dyno when installed. It will be interesting to see what a reflash is worth in HP & torque.

Maybe I should pay a few $$ and have the AMG exhaust put back on for the Dyno. Then again, who really cares...

Hey Jerry

My conclusion is if you already prior to installing headers and exhaust were at 342 then you should only have to minus the 342 from any current dyno figures. Unless last dyno already included the headers and exhaust I don't remember reading that you had it installed after you got a 342 dyno reading.

The 342 dyno was without headers and exhaust. Now that I have them both, the results are going to be a little off. However, I'm waiting on a call from the exhaust shop to see if they would be willing to put the stock one back on.

the 3rd photo from top shows the internal collector weld. your's nice and smooth. mine ain't....but nothing that 15 mins of grinding wouldn't fix. will remove the swain coating but my guy says no big deal.
