Bi-xenon conversion for C32

Now... before you tell me to 'use the search button' , just hear me out. I'm going to do a bi-xenon conversion for my C32. Everyone here will tell me to contact Steve and buy from him, but recently, a guy started offering OEM HID kits on ebay for about 1/2 of what Steve is charging. I can't link to the item here, but if you do a search on ebay for W203 XENON you'll see the auctions. The seller's name is Fishcake321.

Can anyone tell me if these are the legit OEM kits? Thanks in advance.

Damn. Oh well. Thanks, Rlee. Any idea how these would stack up against the OEM lights that come on the C55?

I still haven't seem them in person on the W203, but I've used HID conversion kits in halogen projector housings on other vehicles and the performance was so-so.

depo does not make projectors for the c55. you probably saw the W203 sedan ones. your only option is the bi-xenon or put a hid kit in your clear halogens

Mine too. I was looking at the W203 sedan ones, which is what I need for my C32 (I said C55 for reference). So what I'm hearing is "don't buy these".

Yea, I probably will. The light-output can't possibly be worse than the halogens.

Buy the BiX if you can afford them, even if you have to stretch it a little, but if you're on a really tight budget, the depos even with halogen bulbs sure beat the old frosty lens headlights

Looks pretty good to me and they claim to install xenon projectors in there. Which should come very close to OEM. But I can't verify it will work like OEM so if you do buy it then post it so we know if its worth it. I would consider those if I didn't already have Depo housings.

Now its only a picture but they look identical to the OEM BiXenon on my 04 C230. I thinks they are worth a shot! I could see the very minor difference between my 02 C32 with clear Depo housing and my 04 C230 with OEM BiXenon. Those in the picture are more identical to my 04 C230 OEM BiXenon.

Yea, they do look really nice, and the price is right... I'll probably get them and post pics.

Oh, and what is DEPO? Are they a manufacturer?

nice.

Thanks for the pics. I'm convinced now. This will replace my foggy, useless halogens. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

No times at all and the times I have gotten stopped there was no mention of the tints. My wife got pulled over twice in Hoffman Estates and they warned her about the tints cause the C230 she drives looks like my C32. I guess I need to watch out in HE! LOL!
