Z06, M3, Mini Cooper S. Sold: C55
The C55 and Z06 are two completely different cars. The Z06 is so much faster then not just the C55 its faster then every AMG even the 65's! The SLR is the only thing that can hang with it. If you want a ture sports car and transporting several people, going on a long vacation or doing a lot of shopping are not things you do with a car then trade it in for a Z06. If you want some practical use out of a car other then just driving it super fast well then a Z06 isn't really good for that.
IMO you should keep the C55 and get the Z06.

I test drove a Z06 and was pretty impressed. Also been out with a few at some track events and they're pretty impressive. I'm just curious if the lust continues after you've really had it for a while and learned it's faults (i.e. if they rattle apart like the old ZR1). I wouldn't mind at all keeping the C55 and getting a Z06 but I'm already completely out of parking space (Aprilia bike in the garage too) so I'll probably have to get rid of the C55 if I get another car. The other 2 are too much fun to drive to part with.

Also, the Z06 will not have a probelm with an 65 on the highway, trust me, I know first hand.. (Although, the SL65 is a fast beast)
Congrats on the ride. Now, get them wheels powdercoated ASAP!!!!!..

I love my C but i really missed having a sports car (true track car) and it got so bad that i was not sleeping at night.
The Z is much faster (on the my butt meter) but I wont know for sure till we run them head to head...I think that the C will hold its own till about 80mph tops - after that its just not fair! that 7 liter is a monster especially on a car that weights 3150 lbs.
My last 5 cars have been german and this is going to take some time getting used to...its just RAW! in every aspect!
Once I get some more miles on it I will give every one a detailed report and some fun videos!

You'd miss the AWD of the Bugatti if you're going FI on the Z06. For fun though, it's all about RWD

Straight line accelerating I'm sure it would, but once speeds go above 200 I don't think the Z06 could keep up or at least be generating enough down force to be stable enough to keep up.

2007 SL550, 2008 S65, Golf cart and a few non-MB vehicles
They do come with titanium rods as well as 6-bolt main caps. The issue with not being able to add more boost is fuel as well as the 11-1 CR.
With a set of custom forged reverse dome pistons having less static CR as well as having a thicker upper ring land so that they would be less prone to lifting, one would be able to add a good bit more boost.
