Do you give the Nod

When you pull up to a stop light and theres a nice car next to you, do you give him the nod as to say nice car man?? Or do you think thats a homo thing to do?

Depends on the driver. I had nodded in the past, but it's rare. If anything it's more often than not a thumbs up rather than a "nod". Wouldn't want the dude to think I'm hittin on him lookin for a ride.... haha

+1
i agree its more of a thumbs up, to let the guy know he has a nice car. i like it when ppl recognize my car on the road and give me props, so i return the favor when i see a nice car or a car done up elegantly.

I prefer a nod versus what I experienced while I was stopped at stop sign. A guy stopped next to me in a Cadillac CTS, rolled down the window and asked me what year of car I had. After I replied a 2006, he then said my car car was 'pretty'. Now that my friend is without a doubt as gay as it gets. You never call another man's car 'pretty'.

That guy is either a screamin flamer or was trying to diss your car by calling it "pretty" or "cute"....

I defnitely acknowledge another nice rides, - when the windows are down I might even yell out 'nice ride' at a light or something. Otherwise, I always give the peace sign and if they're looking I say outloud 'nice ride' - they usually wave.

A nod is too abstract and could mean many things as hinted above.
