Supersprint headers special run for C32/C320
Supersprint has agreed to do a special production run for the W203 C32 AMG, C320 and W209 CLK 320 headers.
This is the part number
843301 Manifold Stainless R. - L. for OEM Kat

In addition, Supersprint has agreed to use 310S grade steel for this special production instead of the 304.
The 310S grade steel is the same grade used by Techart to manufacture the Porsche 997TT headers.
Here's more information about 310s and 304

The kleemann went in smooth. Car runs great. I drove it back to Houston from Michigan to avoid the "salt effect" Anything new with your car?
ditto. I would like to see some stock vs. aftermarket HP gains before dishing out 2K.
1FAST, how hard is the install and is it a DIY or do you know of a place in Houston that can install them for ya? I would drive down and join y'all in the group install if I got em!
this is a DIY or you can pay SUNMAN to install them for you, it just depends on what you mean by DIY...SUNMAN has a shop here in houston, just PM him and he would be glad to talk to you about the install, he is a great guy and can do anything you need to a mercedes...
i think just about everything is a DIY, but most people do not agree...
with better fuel, the car would make a lot more power...
does Supersprint not have anything that they can give you? i am assuming that they don't, otherwise you probably would not have posted this one...
That looks a lot like my dyno (340rwhp), with Evosport headers, Renntech ECU, SL55 intake and Renntech pulleys. This was before I found out my Intercooler was leaking.
Also, the Mercedes mechanic, that replaced my Intercooler said, my plug wires may need to be replaced, since it seemed to have a slight misfire at idle. No one wire seemed to be bad. He said, this is a common problem with this engine, they often need to replace the plug wires. He said don't get the cheap plug wires. The plug wires are hard to diagnose, since the double plugs cover up, any single plug wire weakness. Even if one wire is flaky, it will often run well enough, but as well as it could. He suggested that maybe excessive heat caused the plug wire issues.
