Update!!!!!!!
Took the car to a local mb shop and had them run complete star diag scan on the car, they came up with a code that read LOAD LIMIT IS ACTIVE! Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Update!!!!!
Well I sent the ecu back to powerchip for the third time Monday. They called me back on Wednesday an said we sill don't have a fix for it, we will eventually but don't know when! I told them to return the ecu to stock and return it to me. I have contacted Kleeman and they said they can fix my problem (load limit) I will be sending it out to Kleeman on Monday.

WOW! sorry you are having to deal with all of this...hopefully Kleemann can fix it for you...
