Evosport -ODPS for C32 (used and slightly damaged)
just a feeler for the C32 boys.
Ever since I had a small failure with my ODPS system, I took the pulleys off.
Evosport provided me with a new water pulley since my original one failed (bad bearings). Its a very common thing for older ODPS.
I'm the 2nd owner of the set. I only have the pulleys (no water reservoir or belts)
The pulleys are slightly damaged from being installed by the 1st owner and uninstalled. Also damaged from my mechanic when I installed them about 1.5 year ago and uninstalled them early this year.
The damages are mostly to the thread or groves and can be easily grinded down. Damages are to the alternator pulley and crank pulley. You can call them nicks or small dents.
I bought the kit for $900 used and I'm looking to get $500 (2 day shipping included). Again used and slightly damaged.
If you are really interested, send me a PM and I'll take the many pics for you.
This would be a good set for savy C32 owners that don't mind used parts. If you don't work on your C32 or can't tell what is a crank pulley vs alternator pulley. you are better off with buying an ASP kit.
first PM's get first dibs. (Paypal only please or Cashier check mailed to my home)

thank you all for the interest.. i got 3 PM's in my box. My box was full and now available once more.
I have returned all the PM's.
I cleaned up the kit and took some pics.
Please be aware these are used, slightly damaged. My personal mechanic did not have a problem grinding them and putting them back if I needed.
Other mechanics may have a different opinion. I want to be upfront, since this sale will be final.

Just curious, how did that damage happen?
What would need to be done to repair that damage and have a working kit?...
Could someone get the parts they need to make this whole from Evosport?

The only pulley that failed on me was the Water pump pulley. Evosport provided a brand new one that is hard plastic (see pics)
the pulley system works!! It just need the groves to be sanded or grinded down. (Thats all!)
The only reason I call them damaged, is becuase when you install and uninstall the chain used to pull them off, dents the groves.
To avoid your belt from tearing apart, I recommend to use a small grinder to ensure no sharp edges damage the belt.
You can literally take all these parts and placing them in any C32 and you will have a working system.
BTW: I'm going to trade in my C32 in about 2 months and I'm going to start getting some parts.

Joe,
You do realize that all you need to do to these pulleys is file them down a little to get rid of the edges and the shoot them with a new coat of paint...they would be like new again...probably only take about an hour to do...
Thanks,
Erick

one of my original pully's (water pump?) splines was damaged when taken off. i think the thing to do it to cut up an oem serpentine belt to wrap around the splines before using the tool to grip them. the rubber belt will protect the splines yet should afford enough grip to enable removal.
