Hey Every1,
I am a new user 2day on this forum, i have owned my 2002 c32 AMG for 2 yrs now, always put into mercedes main dealers and always get 4 figure bills when a get it back!!!
I have had the usual problems, seat control modules, replaced in pairs, discs, pads, power steering pump, air sensors, breather pipes, new battery, and now having completed the famous product recall, which consists of fuel relay or other, i am now having the same problem with the IC pump.
Even with paying 4 figure sums to main dealers, they still have the product knowledge of a 10 yr old without a driving licence, its totally stupid.
Having found this site, i am looking for some1 to provide me with info on where i can find a Ford lightning F150 Pump, in the UK, plus any1 who may want to fit it, or a contact of who will fit it,
i cannot ask my merc dealer to fit a ford pump. they would run in horror !!!!!
I just fancy using your knowledge and knowhow, rather than doing the easy route of paying suited merc bods loads of money to do the same thing !!
I will continue for Merc servicing, but other work may be outsourced to a expert using merc parts !!
Please advise, an help me experience the 3.2 V6 supercharged power once more, and continue to prove even 2 years on to every new person who see's my car just how f****in quick it is, my mate with is 360 wasnt too smuck i can tell ya !!!
Its a great car when its on form, its just that its utterley off form at the moment!!
I am based in the UK, Birmingham !! Or Essex !!

You can get the Ford pump off of ebay $90.00 US or do a search on the net there are several places there. If there is a Ford dealer in the UK order one there. Just FYI I have done two of the OEM MB ones @ $265.00 US for the pump. This is one of the reasons I added a boost gauge you will know in advance when the pump starts to fail.

PM C32AMG_FL. His name is Curtis and he can get you the pump
for $95. I don't know if he can ship it to you, but if you really
need it, I can place the order for you and ship it to you at your
cost, wether, it's UPS, FedEx or USPS.

If you're wondering, I bought the pump & connector from him
and I had it installed this weekend. Very easy to do.

Did the connector work out well? I want to get it so its a nice clean connection. I just made my own connection with the new pump. But its kinda ghetto rigged.

You bet. Both were Ford parts. I went back to the dealer when
I first bought the first pump and was told he couldn't get the
plug because they didn't sell it alone. I showed him the plug
and the part # and I tell ya he looked like a fugging moron,
both him and his manager.
