Found out i have new chip on the hood...ouch!!
i was washing the car yesterday, and found out i got a new chip on the edge of my hood right by the tri-star emblem. the chip is about this big -------> "---" 
that's why i'm driving my sis's car to school today
for those who are wondering, i'm between class in the school library.

btw, does your front tires have the problems on wearing the outer edge? mine does, but i can't figure out what's wrong with it. at first i thought my tire pressure was low but i'm already running 38 front and 39 rear. Could it be the camber or toe angle?Is it adjustable or do i have to live with the uneven wear?

if you take corners hard you will wear out the outer edges of the tires. Not sure on what tires pressure the C32 needs but add maybe 1 or 2 more PSi to them. remember the colder it gets the more the air will contract, meaning you need to add more air. Your car could also be out of alignment, if the camber was off it would moe than likely wear the insides of the tires. the toe out could do the insides but a toe in would wear outsides.

I have it on my E55 and I can see it because I know it is there. Other people have to be told that it is there or they assume it is just part or a line of the car.
I had told about 5 friends and relatives to find something different about my car that each time I have to point it out and they never know it is there. Try that with a vinyl bra.
When I am driving down the road passerby and people in the next car can not see it - but you surely can see that black vinyl bra on any car from 100+ yards away. That vinyl bras has to removed and dried does not look good on all cars. Vinyl bras are so 'last century' and paint protection is high tech.
If the paint protection yellows, cracks, peels or fades just have it replaced. The alternative is paint chips and painting the hood and bumper depreciates the cars value and the paint protection increases the cars value.
Here is a picture of my car with the clear bra on the hood and the full front bumper. If if had a black vinyl bra it would be visible from space.

The clear-bras are more noticable on black, on silver they blend in well enough. The trick is in getting the edges beveled. If you just have a sharp edge, then you can pick it up easily. A waterfall or rounded edge helps.

The wheels are Antera Type 183. Of course I have the classic styling AMG Monoblocks which came on the car - I just wanted something more 'open'.

FrankW you can use turtle wax chip filler (in lipstick form), it hides them really well and it is easy to apply.
You'll have to buy their black wax (never use their black wax, it is horrible, and leaves swirl marks), but just use the filler.
This is the cheapest solution, but results are great!
