Tuners In NH or MA for C32 AMG

I am looking into doing some performance upgrades to the car. I was first thinking of doing pulley's then I say you have a chip. How is the chip installed? Do you just send out your ECU to be re programmed. I am looking for the safest most cost effective way to get anouther 3050 HP out of the car.
i will of course need to look at a good set of tires to help with the added power. Cause as of now the car just breaks loose with e F1's that are worn in the middle.

raised HP/TQ to 400/400 from stock.
if I were to do it again, I'd get the Leading Edge pulley...185mm

So you did the pulley's and the flash? That must set you back in the seat

my car was modded by Hew Stewart at speedteknik in norwalk. they have since closed doors now Hew has his own shop in my town milford, ct. He works on bmws, porsches and mercedes...and pretty much all cars. Hew is an ex speed world challenge racer and really know his stuff. he worked one nite on my car until 2am, to deliver it to me for a time trial the next day. he maintains my vehicles. he is highly recommended, a bit further away than you may like but worth the effort. google high speed motorsports you should find the phone # i don't think his website if up yet.
