Attention to those who participated in LET's EVOTECH special introductory pricing.

PLEASE do provide me tracking number to EuroElites/Evotech N.A HQ. I strongly encourage UPS/FED EX only! Please have insurance for $1300. That's how much an ME 2.8.1 would cost if the shipping carrier damages your ECU.

PS: Please include the paperwork too!

Took my first drive with the new ECU today. All I can say is WOW! I need to get some more time behind the wheel but would say the increase feels at least as much as the pulleys added. I used to get wheel spin just prior to the 1-2 upshift. Now it comes on a couple of hundred RPM earlier and is enough to step the back end out. Not that the car did not need it before but now it needs the LSD even more. There is not a downside to the ECU tune. It is quicker to down shift and is much more responsive.

I am also probably running rich as a number of mods listed for the ECU tune have yet to be installed.

I highly recommend getting the Evotech ECU tune.

I have an appointment on December 17th to have cams installed.

Traction is getting to be even more of an issue with the car.

Stock I was able to run consistent 13.0's in the quarter with crappy 60 ft times and wheel spin. I have no doubt my car would have run 12.8 stock with either a better driver or better traction. Now the car is much, much faster.

Dyno will hopefully be the last week of December. There are a couple of parts that are not expected to arrive until around Christmas time.

There are some interesting products coming to market soon that may cause me to postpone my updated dyno.

I have a goal to break 400rwhp. I am not expecting the dyno run in December to be there but I am hoping that I will be close enough that the next set of mods will allow me to break the barrier.

If 400rwhp sounds like fun in a C32 imagine it in a car a couple of hundred pounds lighter

Guys, due to the cold that has struck everyone at Evotech/EuroElites, we might be behind a day in shipping out the tuned ECU to you. Please accept our apologies as we are trying our best to get the ECU shipped out the same day as we received them. Thank you for your patience and please call me to give me a feedback on your tune!

No Magic just the fact that the SLK32 is a couple of hundred pounds lighter than the C32.

Not only am I happy with the performance but I recieved the ECU back quicker than expected.

I have had several requests for Dyno results from just adding the ECU. I am contemplating whether or not to do an interm dyno run.

I can assure you that the car is faster with the ecu tune. Now I agree I hate it when people say the car is making more power without offering proof but right now I am falling into this camp. I base my statement that the ECU makes power not just on the fact that the car feels faster but how much more wheelspin there is and the fact that the rear end will step out now prior to the 1-2 shift.

If I do make an interim dyno run I will offer the following caveat. The ECU has been setup for a number of mods that have yet to be installed.

Adam - want to pay for me to hit the Dyno to show off Evotech's tuning skills?

I will say that I am a very happy customer both Erick & Adam provide great service.

VERY glad that you are happy with the results! thanks so much for the kind words! Evotech is definitely the best and Adam's level of customer service is superior to anyone else's, period! We at LETMotorsports will not settle for second to best, that is why we chose to go with Evotech for our tuning solution on these vehicles...

if anyone else is interested in programming for their C32/SLK32, contact me within the next 24 hours, i MIGHT be able to talk Adam into including you in this introductory pricing...

We all pay for our dynos................its not cheap but we pay. I am getting same Evotech tuning and I don't ask....so be sensible and fork out the cash as we all do.

First of all I was just F*ing with Adam.

Second of all I have clearly run my car on the Dyno twice and have already stated that I am going to hit the Dyno at least one more time.

The only reason I am even considering running the car on the Dyno at this stage is due to everyone asking for results. If this was my finally stage of upgrades I would run on the dyno now but it is just an interim step in my upgrade path.

As far as being expensive the cost of running the car on the dyno is much less expensive than the cams and the cam install that is planned for later this month.

Only get a dyno if u choose. I have other things being done but honestly prefer to know via dyno mod by major mod and doing it for me not the forum...they benefit cause I prefer to inform them. I thought you were serious. Sorry!
