110 Octane Unleaded NOW AVAILABLE FOR EVERYBODY EVERYWHERE

110 Motoring has 110 fuel (actually 109) Unleaded Octane available for purchase and fill-up at our location. This 110 fuel has a potential of up to a 14% increase in power.

Also for vehicle's with no catalytic converters we have oxygenated fuel for "off-road" use only.

We have VP Racing Fuel, which is better than any Sunoco or Conoco(76) blend of racing fuel. All information provided below can also be found on their website:

vpracingfuels.com

A. MS100 StreetBlaze 100. Oxygenated with ethanol, this CARB-legal fuel is specifically engineered for high-performance street cars including sport compacts, muscle cars, street rods and more. It's environmentally friendly and street legal throughout the U.S. In applications with anything from 4- to 12-cyclinders or engines equipped with a turbocharger, supercharger or nitrous oxide system (NOS), StreetBlaze 100 will generate optimum power and performance. In turbocharged or supercharged applications, it allows an increase in boost without fear of detonation. NOS users can also leverage their higher octane ratings to step up to a more powerful nitrous oxide system. Dyno tests with a turbocharged application proved StreetBlaze100 generates up to 14% more horsepower compared to premium grade 91 octane unleaded gasoline. Designed for use in cast-iron head engines with CRs up to 13:1 and aluminum head engines up to 14:1. Works well on the latest generation of electronically-controlled turbo engines. Contains no metal compounds and won't harm catalytic converters or oxygen sensors.

• Color: Orange
• Oxygenated: Yes
• Motor Octane: 96
• R+M/2: 100
• Specific Gravity: .746 at 60° F

B. MS109 Motorsport 109 unleaded. Produces more power than any other unleaded fuel. Recommended for higher boost applications with CRs up to 11:1 or naturally aspirated engines up to 13:1.

• Color: Clear
• Motor Octane: 101
• R+M/2: 105
• Research Octane: 109
• Oxygenated: Yes
• Specific Gravity: .722 at 60° F

C. NEW! U4.2 The latest generation of VP's U4 based fuels, this fuel is a direct pour-in replacement for U4 with little to no jetting changes required - +2 main jets and +2 pilot jets at the most. Makes power equivalent to U4 with no sticky residue and a less pungent odor. U4.2 passes AMA amateur fuel rules and is perfect for club level racing, CCS, WERA and AFM. U4.2 makes up to 6% more power than pump gas.

• Color: Blue
• Oxygenated: Yes
• Motor Octane: 102
• Specific Gravity: .784 at 60° F

Well there's a few reasons, but mainly it depends on who makes the fuel that you all can get.

First of all, 76 is no longer in the racing fuel business.

Second, Sunoco is America's largest and most successful producer of racing gasolines. Your statement is too broad and unsubstantiated.

Finally, you dont have 110 unleaded fuel. The "Pump Octane" of that fuel is 105, as indicated in the "small print" of your post. You are misleading folks by quoting just the higher Research Octane Number (R) and ignoring the Motor Octane Number (M). The posted Pump Octane is (R+M)/2.

Sunoco's GT 100 and VP's 100 are both very capable street-legal fuels.

Don't forget trubo blue which is avaible everywhere for half the price

See yeah

PS: Too much octane does hurt performace you know. This has been discussed in depth elswhere my freinds. But too much is really no good, and a waste of money.

MRAMG1 is absolutely correct! You only need as much octane as you need, and nothing more. In other words, too much octane will actually slow you down by decreasing the burn affect. Detonation is a bad, bad thing, but unless you're running a forced induction setup, ie blower or turbo, you certainly don't need more than standard 93 octane for any AMG car. Now, if you're running more boost via pulleys, and increased timing via the ECU, a little extra octane would probably help. However, everything in moderation...

I'm not trying to step on anyone's marketing toes, but I think it's highway robbery to suggest for someone to pay $11+ for a gallon of "race" gas that you will see no gain from unless you're running enormous boost levels. AMG did their homework in the programming to allow max performance on pump gas. Why would anyone pay those rates when you can buy the Sunoco 104 octane at most performance shops for $7 per gallon? And secondly, I doubt there's anyone on this particular forum who'd need more than a gallon or two of the 104 mixed in w/ some 93 to have ample octane levels.

If I ever finish my GN and run the 20+ psi boost I'll be hitting in it, then I'd love to have the higher octane mix, but not at $11+ per gallon...
