looks awesome.... do you have more info on the Head gaskets you are using... ? By what im understanding you are just using 2 of the OE head gaskets on each side or are you actually having the gaskets custom made ?

the gaskets is so thin . why do u need another head bolts ?

just use back the original torque and degree, 30nm , 90degree, 90 degree.

oh yah oj , if u go this route, the gasket is thicker, it meanes compression is also lower and u need another tune

Just to clarify: do you cross torque all bolts to 30nm, then go back and cross torque each bolt 90 additional degrees, then cross torque each bolt 90 more degrees again? Or do you go 30nm then add 90 degrees to each bolt only once? I'll probably be removing my heads very shortly and I can't find the specs anywhere. Also, you're referring to the 3.2L not the 2.6L correct?

Thanks

P.S. Your setup looks great; especially the headers!!! Most would have just settled with a single log type header.

You had it right the first time.

Head bolt torque is: 10Nm, 30Nm, +90 degrees, and finally, another ninety degrees. Per AR01.30-P-5800PV

stay tuned, water return hose are done, now oil return is being done, i am taking the pressure from the oil pressure switch below the air filter housing, as for return, since the turbo is about the sum level, i am using a oil return pump from turbowerx, the exa-pump to pump the return back in to the valve cover, i'll be making a hole at the valve cover (left side) of it because thats where the return lines are

photos when the engine is in, we'll most likely put it back in tommorw, i did a compression check after adding a gasket and the engine can take up to 0.8bar of boost now, but i'll only run it 0.5~0.6 till i get the c32 bottom

Attachments below, shows how i relocated the water-air oil cooler into a air-air unit,

how the return is gravity down to a meeting block and sucked by a turbo scavange pump back up to the valve cover

intial project i weld the oil return to valve cover, i found it not so feasable so i am a machining a oil filler adaptor now to return the oil back in

car is all okay and tuning after the oil filler adaptor is done

Nice!!! It's about time we see someone use quality hose connectors instead of those crappy worm clamps (and similar). Braided steel line looks great too! AN fittings FTW!
