I'd go with the S60R. More exclusive, comfortable, roomy, and personally I think it's a much nicer looking car. Has a killer 13 speaker dolby/dynaudio sound system too. Available 6 speed manual or automatic, adjustable suspension (comfort, sport and advanced), and that turbocharged 2.5L 5 cyl. doesn't eat gas and lets out a nice growl of an exhaust note. With just a chip it can pull on an E46 M3, not too shabby.

It seems like your biggest concern is getting a waranty and everybody here seems to not be recomending the c32 unless you get a warranty. From your choice of cars it looks like your in the 25K range. For or your girl I'd recomend the newest with a warranty vehicle. The B6 S4 or S60R would be my choice, if I owned an AUDI id lean more towards the B6 so you two can match. What about a EVO or a Subaru Legacy gt?

Yeah, we're leaning towards something newer under a factory (and certified pre-owned) warranty. Audi has 0.9% APR on '05 and '06 A4 models, so we're looking at those now.

Also, we can get brakes, coilovers, sway bars, and ECU tune under factory warranty through a STaSIS signature dealer. can't beat that!

Evo and Scoobie aren't quite her style. The LGT isn't bad, but the Volvo's nicer for the same coin.
