Since there is so much going on with the AMG/Mercedes community in Houston. I think that we should start planning an AMG/Mercedes meet. Maybe we can have the meet once the VRP X55 project and the twin turbo LET project is done. I'd say if we plan it a couple of months a head of time, we could get a good turn out. Just throwing out ideas out there. I would definitely be interested in meeting some fellow members and checking out their cars. What does every one think?

i'm up for this we have a pretty big community it seems. theres a BMW meet at Motorwerks tonight which I am attending. It starts at 7:30.

I'd rather have one in Austin so then Houstonians and Dallas people can attend easily. No offense but Houston is boring.

The BMW meet last night was amazing, I'm sure Sunil would love to host an even for the MB guys as well in the near future. I'll pitch the idea to him later on today.

yup, it sure is . Sorry it was a bit dirty, its being worked on at the moment by sunil. Trying to prep her before the real fun begins. Once I get baseline dyno intake & full exhaust, pulley & software should be on the car very quickly.

You shouldn't even have to ask. Every one is welcome. We just need to figure out a date, time, and I think the SunilP is willing to let us use his shop for the location.

I'm sure we could all donate some money to help sunilP with the food expense, if we do have it there.

It would be nice to see some other forum members from different parts of the state. Austin would be a good location, but then we're going to have people wanting a regional meet instead of a state meet. I'm sure with a little thought we could pull this off.

I'd definitely like to do it after both projects were done so that every one can see all the hard work that has gone into the projects and the out come. I'm sure this would attract a lot of publicity and make it a great turn out.

all we need is a C43, then all the C AMGs will be represented....
