Just Drove Home 2003 C32

You may recall from previous posts that I ordered my C32 in April. It finally arrived at the dealer Nov. 6 but I was in China until last night. At 5:15 PM CST I drove home an Alabaster White C32 with Merlot inserts, Bi-Xenon lights, power sunshade and rain sensor. It came with Pirelli P-Zeroes.

The most interesting feature was that Tele-Aid was not included and I received a $775 credit for not having Tele-Aid. If you look at the MBUSA website you will see that it clearly says Tele-Aid is standard equipment on C32s (and that's a recent update). It may be that they couldn't get parts and built C32s without Tele-Aid for a while --that could have something to do with the delayed receipt as well.

Did I mention that I love this car already?

Will post pictures soon...

Alabaster White/Merlot
Bi-Xenon
Rain Sensor
Power Sunshade (wife's option)

Congrats, comrade! Nice choice of color, I love all Mercs in white; definitely upscales a sense of elegancy. Those stupid AMG folks are doing everything right, except for the fact that they can't read the customer specification sheet. I have heard numerous talks about the orders not completely installed. Same w/ my 32, they opted not to install the rain sensor. I didn't find this out until like 2months after I got the car. I talked to the dealer, and the issue is still hanging.

----===[ DFC's C32 ]===----

p.s. What part of China did you go? Just curious.

2002 C32
It's a great feeling to drive away with a new car, especially when it's a C32. Enjoy!
