A turning point in Mercedes tuning...Performance Supercharger Pulley
#601
I'll sit back and see until the Supercharger pulley gets refined. Upon release a product is never 100%. The tensioner is an excellent idea. Until Code3 has exhausted all of it's R&D ideas I'll be sitting back watching. Definitely eager to purchase it at some point. Who knows someone may in-fact be able to run the 185MM pulley with this product without a single problem who knows? ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

185mm CP + 65.8mm SCP = around 205.5mm CP along, still within the SC limit, but not sure if fuel is another problem.

Be careful tightening the supercharger pulley bolt! It's a hollow bolt and will give in fairly easily. I was snugging mine tonight before I put the torque wrench on it and twisted the head right off. ![smash](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smashfreak.gif)
Off I go tomorrow to find a solid replacement.

How does this intake mod you offer measure up to the Needwings intake i was thinking about fitting that to a C32 seems the gains with that are huge.

Pulley Update
I have updated another thread on this and NO I do NOT want to sell mine (Code III) . It'll be run in conjunction with the LET Pulley that I am looking at. My concern with the LET pulley is still this: Are there ANY issues with "overdriving" the accessories??? This has been addressed BUT are there any definitive answers on this issue??
As far as belt wear, NOW that I've run it over two weeks, the belt seems fine, BUT I still caution those of you installing the Code III to let it "burn" in if you will to allow the belt and pulley a chance to get acquainted. I guess the newer pulleys (I am ever the pioneer) are less aggressive.

Eurocharged Performance ML63 and TT lambo
But, with only the 185 by itself, I and many others have been running it for some time without any issues.
