2 open spots

Anyone else still interested in getting one. Last call!!!

1 person on the list dropped out and one is not responding to emails so I need to fill in those spaces. These will be rare, custom made steering wheels!

Here's pics of the first set that is delivering to the first 6 on the list next week.
I know there's gotta be 2 people itching to have one of these! PM me asap.

Did you ever find out if it fits the W164? I figured the base would work, but I need the paddle shifting option as well.

So far no ML w/ paddle shifter wheel is available. I'll let you know if and when they start making them.

Just got my DTM wheel this morning!!!

Group 1 should be getting all of yours today if you didn't get it on Friday or Saturday.

Just awesome craftsmanship. Going to install it when I get home tonight.
Please send back your cores asap after installing these. They need to get started on the second group. 2 Week turnaround.

I will post lots of pics!

Pics of my wheel: It was packaged very well w/ shrink wrap too.
The quality is outstanding.

Install took less than 30 minutes.

Sending back my core tomorrow. Remember to write your full name in the package so they can check off that you've returned the core.

Trekman, you've been added.

Close-up of stitching is identical to the Group Buy Post in this link:

couldn't loosen the bolt on the steering wheel (counter clock-wise) - so i'm hitting up my mechanic tomorrow to swap the wheel out.

You need a long breaker bar and get someone to hold the wheel so there's no resistance on the steering wheel lock. It's not that hard. put some elbow grease on that!

Also, anyone who has received their wheels and installed them please send your cores to Ivan in Cali. You should have the address from the payment details PM i sent you last week.

That way they can get started ASAP on group 2.

Thanks everyone!

wheel installed, looks great and feels even better, the thicker grip makes a nice subtle difference, not sure if i care for the alcantara bit, CF might be better.

shipping core back tomorrow morning

X2 - Exact same boat. The "top" piece is disproportionate to the rest of the wheel and could benefit from a wider/beefier section.
Otherwise I am VERY content.

The top is definitely not as beefy, I don't have a problem with it.

Those having SRS light coming on. I heard from one member that all you have to do to reset the SRS is turn on your car turn the steering wheel all the way left, then all the way right and left one more time. Then turn the car off, and restart. The light should be reset.
