I had it in my 05 c55. I am thinking about getting rid of my sat as I don't ever use it.

I'll even install it for you if your close or we can work that out if I have to come to you. It comes with the aftermarket sirius antennae which magnetically mounts under your rear parcel shelf in the trunk so you can't even see it and no drilling! All factory OEM parts except for antennae. PM me offers. Dealer wants over 2k installed! Probably works with other cars 05+ but I would need a different bracket, etc. Thanks!

I am interested. What does it involve to install? What price are you looking at? I have a 2005 c55, no nav, but I did install Aux plug.

The Aux doesn't matter, it's seperate. Everything is in the trunk and inside the car you don't need to remove the nav. PM me.

well it works off satellites so I would think so but cannot say for sure.

Actually, more than likely not. Unless there are Sirius sats over that part of the equator. And if I recollect properly, there aren't any.

No, I hear it does not work there in Germany. I have it here in the USAand it works great. Howard 100 and 101 are awesome. Anyway, I bought the portable unit (called the RePlay that allows me to replay up to 1 hour worth of music or talk if I miss something) that I can take from car to car with the car adapter and it works great. I can even use it on the boat. Problem with factory unit in Benz is that it ONLY works it the car!!
