Doing what in Florida? Construction defects??? A lot of carriers are no longer covering the defects themselves, just the resulting BI or PD damages that result from the defect if any. Plus, are they even building down there right now? I recall the days of the EFIS Installs about 10 years ago and the litigation from that issue.
