Of course it is worse, because you are now playing more with the new found power. I was averaging around 18.5 stock, and with my pulley I now get around 17.6. Its the price you pay for having more fun. My new lifetime with the pulley is still a LOW 14.4, but that is with two track events

See yeah

+1

It's tricky to say for sure, because once you add Stage I or II power, MRAMG1 is absolutely right - you're dipping into it more, which obviously is going to hurt mpg.

However, I've tried to run nearly identical trips vs. ones I made in the past, and in my estimation I've lost 1-1.5 mpg. This was right in line with my expectation... whenever you increase boost on a F/I engine, you need to increase fuel or you'll run lean. If you have a fuel map that's been adjusted across the rpm range to accommodate the boost for a proper A/F ratio, you're going to be using more fuel pretty much across the board.

I would agree....definately not going to gain any mpg....

Its definately a combination of the car using more fuel and you pushing her harder now that you can...

I am happy to get 18-19 most times!

I don't have a larger crank pulley or ECU flash.. so I can only speak about C3P package

my daily 33mile commute of mix freeway and street driving.. I can manage up to 26mpg at my highest point

Most of the time when I arrive to work my display says 22.5

around town.. its around 17 if feather the pedal and drive in C mode.

if I step on it around town.. it will obviously drop

around the freeway.. on a hot day and really getting on the gas.. usually 20 to 22 mpg.

not bad for a car having over 370+ hp to the crank..

I’m planning to upgrade my ECU but i don't have a mod pulley. All i have is a code3 intake and Let HE. I read some review says after ECU tune, they see a better MPG.

I got about 1-1.5 MPG better consumption on the highway after my LET package...but about 2 MPG worse around town....I can't stay out of the throttle.

When I added the bigger pulley my average milage dropped about 2 mpg. I went from about 21 to 19. My commute is 24 miles each way mostly highway. If I baby it, I can get 22mpg average. Broken down I get about 14-15 around town and maybe 24 cruising on the highway.
