Sorry guys! I've been gone and things have been out of control.
The intakes will be dropped off for powder coating later today.

Ok, got one of the units with me and no camera!! I'll take a picture when I get home and post it up for everyone to see. I will also have one on my car for all the local guys to see at the meet tomorrow.
I wanted to get opinions on the design before I give the go ahead to the powder coater.
Thanks,

Here is a pic of the prototype unit on my car. There are a few small changes to the design and the brackets for the engine cover.

Ah...was expecting more of a stock looking setup from the previous pictures but you went with the filters up front. Guess us CA people are going to run into issues with smog.

It shouldn’t be too much of an issue. They’re more inclined to scrutinize for missing carburetor pre-heat devices on antiquated machines, imho.
My smog technician forgot to notice its heat exchanger, high flow exhaust manifolds, SL55 splitter, and ODPS during its most recent inspection. Perhaps he remembers the Mrs.’ freshly baked cookies and preferred distilled beverage given at Christmastime each year.
That, and the fact it runs pretty cleanly:
If the visual portion of the test could still present a problem, it'll be a simple task to swap the OE setup back in come test time. With the glut of unused C32 airboxes soon to be available, I suspect their value on the resale market will be drastically diminished. I’ll be keeping mine for just those reasons.

Who has the new intake yet?
Any PICS of it installed? What is the current wait time too?

front but thought that wasn't the final product. Has anyone received theirs yet? I wanted to see the various ones installed. This is high on my list of stuff - but I need to spread money through all my toys (motorcycles).
