My C32 died on me :(

I just got this C32 for about a week and first the door panel failed, but was able to resolve. Now couple days latter, the car died on me. It suddenly shut off on the way home and could not restart again even though it still cranked.

Thinking about CPS problem, and after reading all the good info on this side, I was able to replace the CPS in less then an hour. But it's not it. The car behaves the same

I release the gas pipe to the engine (unbold the gas pipe) and crank the car to see if gas is pumped. Yes the gas is there but the car won't start so it couldn't be the gas pump.

No fuse problem as checked.

Any help please. get another one?????

try disconnecting the battery and let the ecu reset. since it's cranking, but not starting it wouldn't be the problem that I have with the key not reading ignition codes.

maybe the battery voltage is low? press and hold your "rest" button on the A/C (same button as "a/c off" if you have a 03-04.) with the key on and wait till some number starts to flash and press the driver side auto button until the number on the left side reads "24" the 3 digit flashed in between "24" will read something like " 1 20" meaning 12.0 volt for example.

I think the crank voltage is 11.4volt anything below it the car will crank, but not start.

Did you check fuel pressure before or after the fuel filter?

When you say CPS, do you mean crankshaft position sensor, or camshaft position sensor?

If bad, both will cause similar symptoms.

The only other thing left would be the throttle position sensor or throttle actuator....unless one of the SAMS / ECU took a crap on you. Was it raining outside?

No it's not raining outside.
I changed the crank position sensor, one on the driverside behide the engine and in front of the transmission.

I disconected the battery last night, but nothing changes. I though the navigation will ask for a code after I hook it back up but it did not?????

I'll try to read the voltage to see how much I have

You have fuel to the rail, did you check spark?Harbor freight tools or any good auto supply should have a spark plug tester

easy way to confirm that issue, without the risk of shocking yourself
No codes?Get it on a scanner and check for pending codes.

No code at all

Right now gas pump is good, new crank sensor, new camshaft sensor, the car is still death.

Currently no electrical spark plug fired to the engine as checked. Car crank, gas smell, but no electrical fired.

I am afraid of something big coming up. Have to take it to the dealer

Does anyone know if there is any recall on the ECU or SAMS on w203?
