Code 3 Intake
I put this thing on yesterday. First I wana say: Its fing amazing !!!
No noticable gains, but the whine is awesome!!!!![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I love driving the car even more now. The only problem for me is that I have an SL55 intake setup and I was going to go with the stock but I remembered that I left the first part of the intake at Eric's. Which kind of sucks cuz I have a gap on the left side of the T splitter and the hose which connects it to the air box. Any suggestions what kind of tape can be used to cover this?

my guess is duct tape, it's only temporary right? AutoZone has a black radiator hose repair tape that is very good. The only downside to using tape, the glue is messy and will be a bi@tch to get off.

this may have been mention before, but if you take off the weather stripping that lines the top of the firewall area all the way across, the sound drastically increases. its ridiculously loud then. i like the sound though.
