Some photos from the painter, as he is "widening", (what is the correct word for this guys?), the front and back as much as possible for the wheels to be clear....

That is a great tool that mounts to the hub. I made one for my old 454SS pickup truck out of an old rotor, a turnbuckle, and a skateboard wheel. It worked great and I hate myself for giving it away.

How much do you think you could move the fender lip without actual body work? 1/4 inch or so?

I'm thinking of having my car resprayed maybe this summer, and regardless of when I do it I'm hellbent on making the fenders at least another 1/4in wider for clearance.

It is, and easy to use! I have acctually done this before, and then we moved it out about 1-2cm in the back, and that was enough then. But since I have new bigger brakes, anouther brand of tires and have a coilover kit now, I need to move them out even more.

I don't know how much he took this time, I'll ask him and get back to you on that!

How's it going with your car? Any new mods in the plans? Said it before, like it a lot!

Hi guys, sorry for the long time since the last update! The gearbox went to MKB in Germany, and are now back at SCRAM workshop. And as you can se on the photos, SCRAM has not been on the lazy side either.

Photo#5 is the new front IC, and it's Big! 600x400x76, and that is in MM.

The new SC should arrive this week as well, photos to come.

What you guys think?

Great news - thanks for the photos!

You should document the retrofit / install as well as parts used, etc.! (when everything is finished!). Depending on your results post-install, there may be people who are interested in this setup!

Tirerack rents them out for a small fee. I have used it on MANY cars and it really does a nice job. Just make sure that you have the car in dircet sunlight, and the paint is HOT, otherwise you can get cracks

See yeah

PS: I rolled my stangs almost 1" to fit 275's in the rear.

As long as there is an interest from you guys here, I'll keep the photos/updates coming.

All the photos are taken by SCRAM, as I'm in Lebanon working and have not seen my car since October, and will have to wait three more months more until I se my baby. But the guys at SCRAM will take photos I'm sure. And they are also from my project, coming out with a "package" for the Mercedes V6 and V8, so you guys will all be covered.

Some "bad" news has come up as well! The Titanium rods that were planed will not happen. It is a shortage of Titanium on the market, and therefore the company that was making them had to back out. So instead we will go with "H-rods" that are good for 1500Hp
