Spotted: Black GTR in Diamond Bar Country
Spotted a black GTR TWICE tonight. I came home from work tonight at 8 pm and was unpacking my car and heard a subdued low smooth rumble. I turned around as it went down the hill and spotted the GTR's tail lights and spoiler. A couple minutes later I was about done unpacking and I spotted it AGAIN coming up the hill. It was dark and I think it was black and had new plates.

There's a ton of em in Chicagoland area!! I see at least one a day on 53 (silver one) and I don't think its that great looking of a car. To me, it looks like a 350 Z on steroids. I am hearing on the Nissan forums a LOT of tranny problems (related to launch control).

part of the reason why I'm waiting for the v spec. Hope they fix the tranny issues by then.

They're pretty rare still in my part of the country. Also, I have only heard of two tranny failures (one being due to hotlapping at a drag strip with the TC turned off). Anyways, still a pretty badass car.

i guess its just living in orange county. i seen more ferrari's and lambos then a gtr. I still haven't see a gtr in person.
