LET is recalling ALL version 1 water pump pulleys (both 181 and 185 kits) - should be updated to the current version ASAP (i.e. running the old version is risky, as they all seem to be failing prematurely):

As for those who felt (or feel...) that this thread should be closed - I respectfully disagree. These threads (the one here and the identical one on crossfire forum) have to date generated 330 replies and 6,000 views - and the vast majority of replies have been extremely useful information helping to improve the quality of hardware available for our cars. As forum members, of course we each enjoy the individual freedom to choose what threads we view or don't view - so if you aren't interested or don't have anything to contribute, that's okay, just skip over this one
